Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your interest and purchase with us and we hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

All requests must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date.

Cases

Case 1: Digital Goods

For digital goods, you can request for refund if:

You made a duplicate purchase by-mistake
You are charged with amount more than mentioned during checkout [1]
The purchased product didn’t function as expected (applicable to SaaS [2])
The notes/tests contain many errors that mislead or alters the information [3]

Case 2: Live Interaction/Services (Online)

You can request for refund if:

The online class that you buy was not conducted on time, mentioned before
Your time during the live-class wasted due to any technical fault from our side
Teacher/Instructor failed to interact with you (in case of one-to-one lecture)
The language of instruction was not the one you paid for [4]
The teacher/instructor was not the one, mentioned earlier [4]

Case 3: Live Interaction/Services (Offline)

Please note that our offline/physical class is currently available in Lahore, Pakistan only hence international refunds are not applicable to this category. You can request for refund if:

The class that you paid-for was not conducted on time [5]
The teacher/instructor didn’t appear at-all
The teacher/instructor appeared late and didn’t complete the paid-time [6]
The class paid for offline (physical) but teacher/instructor insisting for online
Teacher/Instructor was not the one you paid for
Teacher/Instructor failed to interact with you (in case of one-to-one lecture)
The teacher/instructor was not the one you paid for [4][7]

REFUND POSTMARK PROCESS

Before applying for a refund, you are requested to please read the cases above to see if your situation falls in any mentioned category. You are also requested to read reference/s to the cases, if any. If your problem/situation is not mentioned in refund-cases and you still think you deserve a refund then don’t you worry. We will listen to you and will try our best to resolve your issue/refund.

SUCCESSFUL REFUND APPLICATIONS

After receiving your refund application, we may require 3 days to process it. After successful application we will process your return or exchange, whatever requested. In case of payment return please allow us ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

[1] Applicable to local payments only. Any additional charges on International payments are subject to your local bank policies and will not be entertained by our end.
[2] Software as a service (SaaS)
[3] You need to mention the exact error/s at the time of refund initialization
[4] A small recording or screenshot will be required that proves your issue
[5] Lecture must not be conducted and rejected by either side. If schedule disturbed by our-end and you still took the class than refund application will not be accepted.
[6] A proof (a small writing, SMS or WhatsApp message or voice note etc.) of acknowledgment both sides will ease the refund process
[7] We may offer a replacement of teacher/instructor but only after your acceptance. We will not force the replacement.
